Hi, I’m Rachel Van Luyk, a versatile Creative with over a decade of experience in graphic design and photography. I'm also a self-taught videographer based out of Minneapolis.
North Form Creative was established to follow my creative passions and expand opportunities to collaborate with diverse clients. It is motivated by a passion to always improve and grow, create concepts that make an impact, craft work that inspires others, and form strong connections through collaboration.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy traveling with my husband and going camping and adventuring with our two dogs, Piper and Archer. In the summer you can find me in my garden , on a boat with friends, kayaking, fishing, or backpacking. During the cold months I enjoy practicing yoga, snowboarding, and hosting craft or games nights.
